Please enter only one (1) question per line Purchase Type Term: 06/01/2026 02:00 AM EDT - 01/01/2028 01:59 AM EST Option: Two (2) one year extension options The Department of Facilities, Fleet & Emergency Support Services of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from responsible and highly-qualified General Contractor's to assist the County, on an as-needed basis, with construction and remodel services for various County projects. Individual projects/services will be discussed, negotiated, and issued as required throughout the 2026/2027 calendar years. The goal of the County, through this RFQ, is to assemble a list of several highly-qualified General Contractor's to be utilized, as needed. The agreements(s) with the successful General Contractor(s), as a result of this RFQ, shall be considered Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Blanket Purchase Agreement authorizes, but does not obligate, the County to utilize any minimum or maximum, dollar amount or quantity of services from any specific Contractor. Additionally, the County reserves the right to negotiate optional items and/or services with the successful respondent.
