The Board of Education of the Seneca Valley School District will receive sealed proposals for the Renovations to Toilet Rooms project at Rowan Elementary School, 8051 Rowan Rd., Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, under multiple prime contracts: General Construction, HVAC Construction, Plumbing Construction, and Electrical Construction. Bids must be submitted with a proposal guaranty of not less than ten percent of the total of the Base Bid and must include a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Qualification Questionnaire, and a Pennsylvania Certificate of Authority (if applicable). The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any informality in the bidding.
