Site work for a development in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
Dredging of Lake Rowena, including the removal of soil, organisms, and debris from the lake without dewatering. Hauling and disposal of dredged material to be used as clean fill at a disposal site on Scanlon Hill Road, Washington Township, Lily, PA, approximately 11 miles from the project site. Removal, separation, and disposal of non-organic and organic woody debris found during the operation at an approved off-site location. Maintenance of all erosion and sedimentation pollution control measures, installed by others, at the specified disposal site. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Borough. Bid Security of 10% of the Bid is required. A performance bond of 100% of the contract will be required from the successful bidder. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Borough reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all Bids. Submit questions to TCarcella@ebensburgpa.com. All questions received up until that time will then be posted on the website with all answers. Bidders are advised to check Online. on or after Monday, April 20, 2026 for any further addendums.
