The City of Spokane Facilities Department, in partnership with the Water Department, is soliciting bids for the interior renovation of the Upriver Dam office facility located at 2701 N Waterworks St, Spokane, WA 99212. This project requires apprenticeship utilization. Submit all bid-related questions through the Clarification Tab for this project. SCOPE OF WORK. This project consists of the interior renovation and modernization of the upriver dam office building located at 2701 N Waterworks St, Spokane, WA 99212. Renovations include updated finishes, materials, lighting, and mechanical equipment. The bid set documents include the architectural and interior design for a new conference room and meeting space accommodating 15–20 people, including AV, IT, and phone infrastructure. The project also encompasses renovation of two existing offices, upgrades to finishes and casework in the existing break room, and improvements to crew lockers and changing areas. Control room upgrades include replacement of the control desk, removal of the operations status wall at the rear of the room, installation of storage for crew personal items, and enhancements to the display area in the entry lobby for visitors and tour groups. Additional scope includes the creation of an office adjacent to the existing chlorine room, as well as the addition of an exterior ramp and access door to the chlorine room, and one office space adjacent to the public lobby.
