This project involves improvements to the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Question Deadline 05/14/2026 at 4:00 PM CT Bid Portal Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as: 1. Demolish a portion of the existing Influent Pump Station valve vault, access hatches, PLC cabinet, and existing piping, valves, and couplings for each discharge header. 2. Furnish and install new valve vault wall extensions, top concrete slab, two access hatches, odor control piping, air vent, and four new sets of valves, couplings, pressure gauges, and electromagnetic flow meters in the Influent Pump Station valve vault. 3. Furnish and install four new flowmeter readout screens and terminal cabinets at the Influent Pump Station valve vault. 4. Furnish and install one new PLC cabinet and four new VFDs for the Influent Pump Station pumps in the Electrical Building. Install electrical duct bank from Influent Pump Station Valve Vault to the Electrical Building. 5. Furnish and install one new air conditioning unit in the Electrical Building. 6. Demolish existing Fine Screen No. 1, associated support structure, and discharge chute. 7. Furnish and install one new Fine Screen No. 1, associated support structure, and discharge chute. 8. Integrate both existing and new fine screens into the plant SCADA system. 9. Dewater, clean, and inspect the Aerated Grit Chamber. 10. Furnish and install new contracted effluent weirs in the Aerated Grit Chamber. 11. Provide temporary bypass pumping from the Influent Pump Station manhole to RAS Mix Box Nos. 1, 2, and 3 during the modifications of the Influent Pump Station and Aerated Grit Chamber 12. Demolish existing Clarifier No. 2 mechanism, service platform, access bridge, and other incidentals. 13. Furnish and install new Clarifier No. 2 mechanism, service platform, access bridge, and other incidentals. 14. Install temporary piping to bypass the existing Gravity Thickener for dewatering, cleaning, and inspection. 15. Modify the controls of the existing sludge feed pumps for the volute dewatering presses so that either sludge feed pump can be operated with either volute press. 16.
