Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The work includes sprinkler upgrades as further detailed in Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings. Following a site review, it was found that the existing system is in poor condition with significant rusting, outdated components, and poses possible risks to the building’s fire safety.
