Renovation of a multi-residential development in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The work includes sprinkler upgrades as further detailed in Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings. Following a site review, it was found that the existing system is in poor condition with significant rusting, outdated components, and poses possible risks to the building’s fire safety. Based on these findings, full replacement of the entire dry sprinkler system is recommended at 450 Clare Ave, Burnaby, BC. Award is subject to final approval.
