The project scope includes demolition of existing hard courts 9-12, construction of six additional courts (four hard courts and two clay courts), additional storage and restrooms in the area currently occupied by the baseball field, site modifications for storm water runoff, vehicle access, parking at the storage/restroom building, sewer service, and installation of new water service.
