mendment No. A00004 is issued to: Answer questions from prospective offerors Extend the proposal due date from June 29, 2026 to July 6, 2026 Removal and replacement of the existing cooling tower and cooling basin, including all associated mechanical, electrical, structural, and control components, to provide a complete, fully operational, and integrated condenser water system. Work includes all accessories, modifications, and incidental construction necessary to ensure proper operation, safety, and full compliance with applicable codes and standards. The new cooling tower system shall meet or exceed current performance, reliability, and code requirements and restore dependable cooling operations for the facility. Location: Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center, 12 B Ave., Zuni, NM 87327. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
