Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Francisco, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; road / highway; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Bayview Community Pathway is a multimodal transportation and streetscape improvement project in San Francisco’s Bayview–Hunters Point neighborhood. The project will create a low-stress north–south corridor parallel to Third Street between Cargo Way and Carroll Avenue, utilizing Mendell Street, McKinnon Avenue, Lane Street, Underwood Avenue, and Keith Street. Planned improvements include pedestrian and bicycle safety upgrades, neighborhood street enhancements, culturally focused placemaking within the African American Arts & Cultural District, community programming, education and encouragement activities, and coordination with SFPUC on potential green infrastructure such as bioretention planters and additional trees. The project was approved by the SFMTA Board of Directors on December 2, 2025 and is advancing through planning, preliminary engineering, and design phases.
