Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a conference / convention center; stadium; parking garage; hospitality development; and conference / convention center.

The Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority seeks submittals of qualifications to prequalify architecture and engineering firms to provide professional design and engineering services for projects valued at less than $50,000. Firms submitting a statement of qualifications will be eligible to be selected for a wide range of projects that may occur between May 2026 and May 2027. Submittals should include a description of the firm, proposed staffing for the project along with resumes and credentials, information on the firm's engineering/design experience with references, and a discussion of the firm's proposed approach toward the provision of professional design services. The FCCFA reserves the right to evaluate qualifications, waive irregularities, select candidates for more detailed qualification submittals, accept any submittal or portion thereof, and/or reject any or all responses if deemed in their best interest.
