Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Washington, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Washington is requesting sealed bids for the 2026 Curb & Gutter Program and Sidewalk Program for properties located within the city. City staff will remove any existing sidewalk or curb & gutter, remove debris, and rough grade the areas. Bids are requested for the replacement or installation of existing curb & gutter and sidewalks as listed. A separate bid is requested for each location, and addresses with estimated linear footage are provided. Any additional requests outside the described scope will be the responsibility of the property owner(s). Bidders must submit proof of insurance. Successful bidders must agree to have approved projects completed prior to the specified deadline. I will be the point of contact for this bid process and project.
