The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to upgrade the Guest House to ADA standards at Wild River State Park in Center City, Chisago County. Interior work to include: bathroom, kitchen, interior doors, walls, and floors. Exterior work to include: ramp, deck, exterior doors, windows, and concrete parking pad. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements to this Event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions should be directed to the buyer listed in this event.
