Bid specifications are available for download from the County's website or by contacting the provided procurement coordinator. Bids must be received by the specified date and time to be considered; late, faxed, or emailed bids will not be accepted. Submitted bids must remain firm for sixty days and may not be withdrawn, except as allowed under applicable statutes, county ordinance, and administrative rules. The project includes a full modernization of two (2) hydraulic passenger elevatorsserving two levelsin a skilled nursing facility. These elevators are criticalto residenttransport, bed movement and emergency operations and must remain compliant with healthcare occupancy standards. In addition to local codes, the project must be executed in compliance with: Wisconsin Administrative Code SPS318 ASME A17.1 Safety Code for Elevators ADA Requirements Wisconsin DHS Requirements for Skilled Nursing Facilities Healthcare occupancy transport requirements Nurse and bed transport reliability Fire alarm interface for recall Emergency power / battery lowering Reference Exhibit A for the Project Specifications on this project, dated April 13, 2026. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment to complete the upgrades on two (2) elevators as outlined in Exhibit A. Reference Exhibit B for the building layout with the two elevators highlighted, one in the Atrium neighborhood and one in the Heritage neighborhood Project shall include the following completed as a turnkey solution to include all labor and any additional parts or materials required for the upgrade requested even if not specifically called out. The upgrades shall be the same for both elevators.
