The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project: BUR roof replacement to SPM. Questions Deadline Tuesday, April 28, 2026 3:00 PM U3P The Work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Roof replacement at the Taylorsville Deaf Center shall include complete removal and disposal of the existing roofing system, including but not limited to the existing BUR with gravel surfacing and all existing roofing insulation down to the existing metal roof deck. Contractor shall prepare the exposed deck as required to receive new roofing materials. Provide and install new rigid insulation and tapered insulation as required to achieve proper drainage, new cover board over the prepared substrate, and a new mechanically fastened 80 mil single-ply roofing membrane system, including all required fasteners, plates, flashings, terminations, and accessories necessary to provide a complete and watertight roofing assembly.
