The work consists generally of the supply, installation and construction of: 1. Supply and installation of a surface mechanical aeration system complete with required electrical and anchoring system; 2. Supply and installation of a baffle curtain system complete with anchoring system; and 3. Site restoration. Sealed tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, April 30th, 2026. Official contract documents shall be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of fifty dollars non-refundable (which includes applicable HST). Tenders will be opened publicly at the District Office as soon after the tender closing as possible. The District of Tobique Valley reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest tender.
