The City of Morristown, Tennessee is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or individuals to provide Administrative and Construction services related to the preparation, administration, and implementation of housing repair projects funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Services may include grant application preparation, grant administration, environmental review documentation, financial reporting, procurement assistance, and compliance monitoring. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive any informalities in the selection process.
