The work includes the relocation of an existing catch basin, installation of concrete curb and gutter, and placement of asphaltic concrete. Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the Village of Belledune. The name of the tendering firm and the identification of the contract must be indicated on the envelope. The latest revision and amendments of the "Tendering Regulations" of the Procurement Act (2022 78), as amended, apply to this contract.
