Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Belledune, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work includes the relocation of an existing catch basin, installation of concrete curb and gutter, and placement of asphaltic concrete. Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the Village of Belledune. The name of the tendering firm and the identification of the contract must be indicated on the envelope. The latest revision and amendments of the "Tendering Regulations" of the Procurement Act (2022 78), as amended, apply to this contract. Electronic tender documents are available on the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) online site. Sealed tenders marked "Belledune - Main Street Upgrade Phase 2 - South Curb, Project No. 283-25" will be received by the Village of Belledune until the specified closing date and time at the Municipal Building. Public opening of tenders will follow immediately. The Village of Belledune reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
