Site work and new construction of a civil project in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a 288-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
I he scope of work for this project includes the following items: 1. Contract A: Install approximately 23,000 linear feet of new twelve (12) inch diameter Class 350 DIP water line and appurtenances along Unionville Deason Road. Reconnections to existing water lines will be required in accordance with the plans. 2. Contract B: Construct a 700 gallon per minute water booster station on Unionville Deason Road. All work shall be performed in accordance with the approved Standard Specifications of the Bedford County Utility District and specifications included with this Bid Package. Plans showing the proposed water system improvements are included with this bid package. Question Deadline 05/18/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding instruments shall be submitted to the A/E in writing Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered. All bids must be made out on the Bid Form bound in the contract documents, and the Bid Form should not be detached from the contract documents. Bids will not be opened by Bidders who have not obtained the contract documents from the Owner. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any or all bids.
