Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) window removal and replacement services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, vehicles, travel, window hardware and components, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace 74 Windows at Caltrans Equipment Shop 9 Administration Building, Main Shop, and Parts Department. 2. The services shall be performed at Caltrans Division of Equipment Shop 9 Administration Building, Main Shop, and Parts Dept, located at 181 Jay Street, Bishop, CA 93514. 3. Any reference to Caltrans Contract Manager shall also include designee. 4. This Agreement will commence on June 1, 2026 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement will expire on May 31, 2027 (estimate). The routine services shall be provided during normal business hours Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding State holidays.
