Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Corvallis, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The work consists of repair of existing header Trusses at the Hangar doors at T-Hangers according to the approved engineered drawings. The contractor will be required to complete the following work on T-Hanger 5660 Unit 10, and T-Hanger 5620 Units 9, 10, 11, and 12: raise center truss per approved plans; reinforce and support the header truss per approved plans, including end supports; remove and reinstall existing truss bracing as required to complete header truss reinforcing; remove and reinstall gutter spikes; remove and reinstall inner and outer door flashing; remove and reinstall the large door track brackets. Instructions to bidders include that sealed bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on April 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
