Shingle Roof Replacement At Banks Elementary School Sealed bids will be received by the Banks School District at the District Office for the Banks Elementary School Shingle Roof Replacement Project. Plans and specifications are available by emailing Mary Dolan. All questions for the project should be directed to Mary Dolan via email. There will be a mandatory pre-bid walk at Banks Elementary School. The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof. Bids should be addressed to the Superintendent. This contract is for a Public Work Project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Civil action to enforce payment of prevailing rates of wage).
