Renovation of a municipal facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids are requested for the Waverly Community Schools B87 – Administration Building Renovation, including categories for Demolition, General Trades, Metal Panels, Roofing, Aluminum Storefronts and Glazing, Painting, Ceilings and Drywall, Flooring, Mechanical, Electrical, and Sitework. Proposals must follow the requirements in the Project Manual, bidding documents, and Construction Documents issued by Barton Malow Builders and prepared by Tower Pinkster for the Administration Building Renovation. Accepted Bidders must furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, submit Certificates of Insurance through TradeTapp, and include state sales or use taxes in their proposals. Bid Proposals must be submitted online via Building Connected, accompanied by a Bid Security from a qualified surety, OSHA Form 300 for the most recent year, worker’s compensation EMR factor, and any other required information as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Proposals must not be withdrawn for ninety days after the due date and must include a sworn statement of familial relationship disclosure, the Affidavit of Compliance – Iran Economic Sanctions Act, and the Criminal Background and Sex Offender Affidavit. The successful Bidder(s) will enter into an agreement on the form identified in the Project Manual. Proposals received after the due date will not be considered.
