Sealed proposals are invited for the construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (0.30 MGD) - Phase 1 to serve Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 270. Bids must be addressed to D.R. Horton - Texas, Ltd. on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 270 and submitted at the office of the Engineer, LJA Engineering, Inc., or electronically via the specified website, with prior registration required for both in-person document procurement and electronic submission. A non-refundable fee is required for the bidding documents. A non-mandatory audio pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check payable to D.R. Horton - Texas, Ltd. on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 270 in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the submitted bid must accompany each bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, with the successful bidder being the one most advantageous to the District and providing the best and most economical completion of the project.
