It must manage and supervise them effectively and safely. It shall be solely responsible for the resources, methods, procedures and coordination of all aspects of the works under the contract. The Contract shall come into force on the date specified in the notice of award or, failing that, on the date on which the notice of award is issued to the CONTRACTOR by the PUBLIC BODY, and must be carried out in accordance with the following timetable:   Start of works: No earlier than 30 June 2026; Provisional acceptance: 18 August 2026; Start of teaching staff presence: 26 August 2026 Start of the school year: 1 September 2026 Final acceptance: 18 October 2026.
