The work of this project includes: Upgrades to St. Croix Valley Water Resource Recovery Facility including: new bar screens, new primary sludge pumps, aeration blower VFDs and aeration improvements, new UV disinfection system, alum storage and feed system improvements, HVAC improvements, electrical improvements, fiber work, road reconstruction, carbon vessels fall protection, gravity thickener repairs and access upgrades, and sludge backup hauling during construction. Question Deadline 05/19/2026 Questions regarding the Technical Specifications and Drawings shall be directed to the IFB Administrator identified in these Instructions. questions regarding the Bidding Documents must be submitted in writing no later than 10 days prior to the advertised date for receipt of Bids. The MCUB participation goal for this contract is 9%. Substantial Completion – 1110 Calendar Days Final Completion – 1230 Calendar Days
