Work includes Building Concrete, Masonry, Door Assemblies - Supply, Door Assemblies - Install,Glass & Glazing, Overhead Doors, Gypsum Assemblies & Ceiling Systems, Painting, Specialties, Sports Equipment,Special Construction (PEMB), Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Earthwork, Site Concrete, Asphalt Paving, Fencing,Landscaping, and Site Utilities. Cashiers check, certified check, or Surety Bid Bond for 5% of Base Bid required for all bids equal to or over$50,000. Performance, payment, and maintenance bonds (as required) will be required by the lowest responsible bidder forany bid equal to or over $50,000. These costs are to be included in your bid amount.
