The scope includes the replacement of five (5) manually operated coiling service doors at the South Carlsbad State Beach utility/shop building (six-stall and shop building) and two (2) motor-operated coiling service doors at the North Sector Office. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and industry standards, resulting in fully functional, secure, and weather-resistant installations suitable for a coastal/marine environment.
