Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project includes transit and streetscape improvements along Roswell Road between Meadowbrook Drive and Mystic Drive. Work will include constructing a landscaped median between Meadowbrook Drive and Old Windsor Parkway, a mid-block crossing with flashing beacons by Mystic Place, accessible MARTA bus stop pads, retaining wall, sidewalks, ADA ramps, street lighting, and associated improvements on Roswell Road. The project will be funded through a MARTA FTA Grant and the Sandy Springs Capital Improvement Program.
