Roberts Building Exterior Improvements - Phase 1 at Mississippi State University. Bidders shall submit their bids either in a sealed envelope or electronically. Sealed bids will be received at the Office of Planning, Design, and Construction Administration, Mississippi State University. Electronic bids will be received at plans.fm.msstate.edu and must include a copy of the Certificate of Responsibility as an attachment. Contract Documents may be obtained from the Office of Procurement and Contracts, Mississippi State University. Bid documents are available as original paper copy or PDF. Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at plans.fm.msstate.edu. Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Mississippi State University reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders' use at the bid site.
