The intent is to provide mowing services for four areas within Hernando County: Spring Hill, Royal Highlands, Ridge Manor, and rural Hernando County. The project is divided into six individual scopes of work, each with required levels of maintenance. Multiple vendors may be awarded for each scope. The vendor or contractor must supply all materials, labor, equipment, and transportation necessary for mowing services in residential Drainage Retention Areas (DRA) and Drainage Right of Way (DROW) areas as defined in the contract and within specified limits. The contractor is responsible for implementing proper management of traffic while carrying out the work.
