Provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform on-call plumbing services at various County facilities. Work shall be performed as needed, at the direction of the County. Services include new construction and system installations, alterations, additions, and replacements, maintenance, inspections, and testing, emergency service and repairs, services to plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and hot-water heating systems and components, providing prompt, efficient, and professional plumbing services, and furnishing sufficient resources to respond to routine and emergency requests. For emergency calls, a response is required within four hours of County notification. For non-emergency calls, mobilization and work must commence within one week of County notification, unless otherwise directed.
