The International Boundary and Water Commission is seeking a price quote to replace access rolling doors maintenance at the Presidio Field Office, P.O Box 848, 110 South DOD Ave., Presidio, TX 79845. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, subcontract, supervision, and management to perform the requirements of the Statement of Work. Offerors are required to submit a quote that includes a technical approach narrative addressing the plan of action, equipment, key team members, and schedule; demonstrate successful past performance with at least three references for similar projects; and include a price sheet. Only offers from small businesses under NAICS code 332321 Metal Window and Door Manufacturing will be considered. Offers must meet or exceed the specifications and scope of work of items quoted. Active Unique Entity ID (UEI#) must be included, and required representations and certifications must be completed. Quotes are to be submitted via email. FAXED quotes will not be accepted.
