The Board of Trustees of the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District is seeking Statements of Qualifications for Architects, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Structural Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers for various construction projects beginning May 1, 2026 or soon thereafter and ending April 30, 2027, with an option to renew for an additional term. Projects may include new construction, renovations and additions, lighting retrofits, HVAC renovations, re-roofing projects, parking lot improvement, survey, project management, master planning, on-call services, and performance engineering. Responses should be submitted electronically through the electronic bidding system, though manual responses will be accepted if received by the close date and time. No emailed or faxed responses will be accepted for manual submittals. The selection process will be based on demonstrated competence and qualifications, with the district negotiating contracts at fair and reasonable prices. The district reserves the right to reject proposals, waive technicalities and informalities, negotiate terms, and terminate contracts with a thirty-day written notice.
