Cooperative Educational Services (CES) is accepting proposals for the sales and installation of above ground fuel storage tanks and fuel dispensing pumps. SCOPE OF WORK CES seeks Offeror(s) with demonstrated experience in providing above ground fuel storage tanks, fuel dispensing pumps, and related equipment, including sales, installation, maintenance, repair, and associated services that comply with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements. All equipment, materials, and services shall meet or exceed applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to New Mexico Petroleum Storage Tank Regulations (20.5 NMAC) and applicable New Mexico Statutes.
