The work covered by this contract consists of in-house maintenance and/or emergency work (24/7). The CONTRACTOR will be notified by the client prior to the commencement of work. The Bidder must provide the materials, equipment, and tools, as well as the skilled labor required to perform the work. If necessary and when required, the contractor must engage a subcontractor to ensure the full completion of the work. The Successful Bidder shall perform the work at the request of the CSSMB, whether urgent or not, in accordance with the specifications set forth in this Bid Document. The Successful Bidder shall perform the work at the request of the CSSMB, in response to regular service calls or 24/7 emergency calls. CONTRACT TYPE The contract resulting from this request for proposals will be on-demand; it will be awarded to three (3) contractors at the prices specified in their respective bids--that is, to the three lowest compliant bidders-for the entire duration of the contract. TERM The contract has an initial term of 13 months, from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
