This project will consist of installation of a stock watering pipeline, extending from an existing watering tank, and ending where a new tank will be installed at a later date. The pipeline will include fittings, valves, a flushing valve, and miscellaneous work associated with installation. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 15, 2026.
