Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Waterbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call civil work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The successful Proposer shall furnish all labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to execute and properly finish the Project. The scope of work for this Project involves reclaiming or removal and proper disposal of the existing basketball court surface and the existing posts and backboards including their concrete foundations. The court shall then be expanded as shown on the plans by excavating and installing new base material. The disturbed subbase will then be graded, compacted and prepared for a new surface. Proposers must have a Level 2 certification from PTI (Post Tensioning Institute) and provide detailed plans prepared by a licensed Structural Engineer.
