The project includes patching and resurfacing to restore safe and functional driving surfaces. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete asphalt repairs, including: _ Milling (planing) existing asphalt to a depth of 2 inches in designated repair areas _ Removal and disposal of milled asphalt material _ Surface preparation, including cleaning and grading _ Application of tack oil prior to asphalt placement _ Placement and compaction of new asphalt _ Edge tie-ins to existing pavement _ Cleanup and disposal of all debris
