Temporary relocation of clinical-administrative spaces and external services at 1236 rue d'Angoulême in Chicoutimi: ISIOS - CHMVT-26-#112. The new development concerns the construction of the entire ground floor as well as part of the upper floor. Two wings (sectors) out of three will be under construction on the upper floor. The basement, kitchen, and third wing (sector) of the floor will be occupied and the services must remain functional throughout the entire implementation period. TIMELINE: Request for proposals (RFP) for architectural and engineering services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance is cancelled. Reference number: 20139848.
