Sealed bids will be received by the Youngstown City School District Board of Education for the Capital Improvements Phase II Project. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Board of Education of the Youngstown City School District, ATTN Dr. Michael A. Rock, Treasurer, 20 W. Wood St., Youngstown, Ohio 44503, and plainly marked on the outside 'CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PHASE II PROJECT BID.' All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. Copies of all bidding documents are available at Roller Reprographics and online at www.rollerplanroom.com, with requested documents supplied upon appropriate nonrefundable payment to Roller Reprographics.
