Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Pea Ridge, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of rehabilitating the Easterling Lift Station, including: pumps and controls, FRP Control Building and Accessories, Electrical Service, Back-up Generator, Overhead Monorail Crane/Hoist System, Site Grading, and Cast-In-Place Concrete Foundations. There is also a small section of 12" Force Main by-pass line to be installed at the WWTP site. The work shall consist of replacing the existing pumps and controls at the lift station, as well as adding a back-up generator and replacing the current electrical service. The work of this project is located inside the Pea Ridge Water Utilities of Benton County, Arkansas as shown on the Construction Drawings. The existing lift station is located within the Pea Ridge Public Water Utilities Boundary. Completion- 160 calendar days
