The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Work includes but is not limited to demolition of existing interior construction, removal of asbestos containing materials, new construction including walls, flooring, ceiling and mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. Work also includes the hard connection of owner provided kitchen equipment with building systems. In accordance with Code of Alabama, 39-2-2(a), prequalification is required for this project. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Estimated budget range to $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 EXPLANATIONS and INTERPRETATIONS: a. Should any bidder observe any ambiguity, discrepancy, omission, or error in the drawings and specifications, or in any other bid document, or be in doubt as to the intention and meaning of these documents, the bidder should immediately report such to the Architect and request clarification. b.
