Site work for a mixed-use development in Copper Mountain, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
The project is for the performance of construction services for the Copper Mountain Consolidated Metropolitan District East to Center Village Sidewalk Project. The work includes constructing a pedestrian sidewalk from East Village to Center Village, a pedestrian bridge across West Ten Mile Creek in East Village, and stormwater improvements at the Wheeler Circle intersection. Interested parties are required to obtain an Instructions to Bidders form from the owner's representative and submit their proposal to the designated email address by the specified deadline. Late submissions or those sent to the wrong location will not be accepted. The District reserves the right to act in its best interest, which may include terminating, modifying, or suspending the process, rejecting any or all submittals, modifying the selection process terms and conditions, and/or waiving informalities of any submission. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted to Abigail Tietjen in writing at abigailt@coppermetro.org on or before the deadline set forth in Part 1 Questions Due (via email) April 29, 2026
