Reference Number 0000426326 Project Description and Notes: This project is located in Elbert County, Colorado, on County Road 150 at the bridge over West Bijou Creek, located between Fiddleback Ranch Road and County Road 85. The project consists of excavating and clearing debris at bridge piers, installing a reinforced concrete encasement of existing upstream pier piles, backfilling, installing riprap, and traffic control. The project is isolated to the bridge and is within the Elbert County public Right-of-Way. Water shall be provided (and a source identified) by the Contractor and approved by Elbert County Public Works - Road and Bridge. Mobilization, Materials, Staging, and Storage: The Contractor may utilize the lane closure on CR 150 for staging and storage. No materials, staging, or storage shall be permitted on the bridge deck at any time.
