Site work for a multi-residential development in Brenham, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development; and multi-residential development.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required to demolish and properly dispose of existing improvements as shown on the plans, including but not limited to Removal of existing concrete sidewalks Removal of existing concrete pavement Removal of existing asphalt pavement Removal of existing concrete curbs Saw cutting, excavation, loading, hauling, and legal disposal of debris Protection of adjacent improvements and utilities during demolition Demolition quantities vary by site and are shown on Sheets C1.0, C6.0, and C8.0. All demolition limits shall be verified in the field prior to construction. Demolition to include removal and disposal of all materials. Project Location Work shall be performed at the following locations Northside Terrace: 1900 A/B, 1903 A/B, and 1905 A/B and the 1801 Northview Circle (Office Area) Northview TX 4 - Public Housing (area of Rink, Glen and Clayton): Site 1: 901 Rink Street (Office) Site 2: 802 Glenn Drive Site 3: 305 & 307 Clayton Drive The Brenham Housing Authority (Owner) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform site demolition, concrete pavement, sidewalk, curb, and associated site improvements at multiple locations in Brenham, Texas, as shown in the construction drawings. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing concrete and asphalt surfaces, construction of new concrete sidewalks, pavements, curbs, and porch/patio level-ups, site grading, subgrade preparation, and all incidental work necessary for a complete and functional installation in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project consists of concrete work to meet ADA requirements at NTA and TX4.
