Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Santa Rosa, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
The County of Sonoma will accept bids for construction of the Valley of the Moon Playground Structure Project. Proposers must submit one hard copy bid in a sealed envelope with the bid event number and project name clearly marked. Bids must be received by the specified date and time or will be rejected. Electronic, faxed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted. All questions regarding the bid must be submitted to the Project Manager via email by the provided deadline. Interested parties must register and use the County's Supplier Portal to view, upload, and download solicitation documents. It is the bidder's responsibility to check for any updates or addenda by reviewing the Supplier Portal. The Bid Opening will take place in person at the specified office location and may also be attended online via Microsoft Teams. All questions pertaining to the Bid are to be submitted to the Project Manager Michele French via email at m.french@sonomacounty-hsd.gov with" Project Number and Project Name - Questions" no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. After the deadline no further questions will be accepted. The County will supply responses through an addendum posted on the Supplier Portal if necessary.
