The work consists of procuring a full-service maintenance agreement to provide comprehensive preventive and emergent maintenance for Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) supporting critical power systems. Services include scheduled preventive maintenance and unscheduled repair services, with all labor, parts, tools, travel, testing, and reporting included. Preventive maintenance shall be performed in accordance with NFPA 110 and manufacturer specifications and includes inspection, cleaning, lubrication using factory-approved materials, testing, adjustment of settings and time delays, verification of proper operation, and restoration of each ATS to a ready state for emergency power transfer. The contractor shall furnish all preventive maintenance kits and parts required, provide repair estimates and price justification for replacement parts, complete operational testing following maintenance or repairs, and submit detailed electronic service reports within seven calendar days of work completion. The scope also requires maintaining lockout/tagout records, preparing annual condition and improvement reports for all ATS equipment, complying with personnel qualification and OEM certification requirements, and ensuring continuous reliability of emergency power transfer systems critical to patient safety and facility operations.
