This may include at the discretion of Caltrans Contract Manager, Contractor relocating the foundation within proximity of the original electrical asset. Contractor's repair or replacement to include all new materials, demolition of damaged foundation may include attached pole, legal disposal of damaged foundation including any concrete, sidewalk, asphalt, debris, forms, Sonotube, dirt or pull boxes, conduits, and fittings affected by damage or the repair of State Highway Right of Way. Contractor shall repair or replace any damaged conduits from closest pull box to new foundation. The pull rope shall be installed from closest pull box to new foundation. Restoration work of surrounding foundation to include, refilling and compacting soil/dirt up to finish grade, adding concrete to sidewalk/pavement, or adding/repairing asphalt if the existing area is in asphalt due to damage or repair. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Electrical Component Services as described herein. Contractor shall provide all labor, vehicles, rentals, specialized equipment, fuel, power tools, materials, travel, disposal, incidentals, traffic control, and traffic control devices needed to repair and/or replace damaged concrete foundation (bases) and related components for highway lighting, ramp meters, traffic signals, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Highway Advisory Radio (HAR), Vehicle Detection System (VDS) and cabinets.
