Renovation of a transportation facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
**As of May 21st, 2026, this project has been awarded to Gary Merlino Construction for $3,500,000.** Contractor shall mobilize and perform repairs or modifications at various Transit facilities located throughout King County, Washington. Sites may include, but are not limited to, Transit Bases, Park-and-Ride Lots, and Bus Zones. Submit all inquiries via email to the Contract Specialist and cc the Alternate Contract Specialist. No verbal answers by any County personnel or its agents and consultants will be binding on the County. The Work under this Contract shall require a General Contractor to mobilize and perform repairs or modifications at various Transit facilities located throughout King County, Washington. Sites may include, but are not limited to, Transit Bases, Park-and-Ride Lots, and Bus Zones. Repair and modification work may include, but is not limited to, furnishing labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, superintendents, and work and subcontractor coordination Federal Small Business Enterprise (FSBE) Utilization Requirement: 15% minimum requirement for USDOT Certified Federal Small Business Enterprises.
